Columbus Collective, a new group in town bringing together social media users and Central Ohio organizations and businesses, is having an official launch party this Friday to raise money for Pelotonia – the bicycle ride to benefit the James Cancer Hospital at OSU.
The party will kick off at Wild Goose Creative (2491 Summit Street) at 5:30 p.m. Corey McDevitt, a stage 5 cancer survivor, will be sharing his inspirational story at the event, and local musician Hotel Eden will be performing. Hotel Eden’s Kelly Warner is an absolute trip to watch on stage, and his music is fun and catchy. Check out this recent article on Columbus Underground about him.
With plenty of good door prizes and services up for grabs and a wide selection of food and drink, this event promises to be a good time for all.
Fundraising tickets are $15 – to purchase tickets and for more info, check out the event’s site.
