Central Ohio Blood Supply is Fragile. Consider Giving Blood.

On any given day, the central Ohio blood supply is fragile. The Central Ohio Blood Services Region supports patients at 39 hospitals across 27 counties. Approximately 650 blood donors are needed every day to meet the needs of the patients served by this region.  Donating blood is a simple process, and each whole blood donation may help as many as three patients.

Donors of all types are needed every day to maintain supplies. Currently, there is a critical need for O-negative and B-negative blood donors.
